Policies

A non refundable and non transferable booking fee is required for all appointments made, no booking is confirmed until the booking fee has been paid and therefore may be offered out to the next requesting client. Appointments are offered depending on availability at the time of offer, if you delay securing your appointment  it may be offered elsewhere. Surcharges will apply for out of hours appointments where requested and where available.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 7 days notice you will forfeit your booking fee and will need to repay it to book again. If you need to change your appointment this can be done once, providing a minimum of 7 days notice has been given. For touch up appointments you will need to ensure your new appointment date is still within the 6-8 week time frame and ensuring the minimum 7 day notice period has been given, baring in mind availability, if it falls out of this time frame a £75 charge will be payable to complete your touch up appointment (charges may vary on length of time since initial treatment date). 

Should you cancel with more than 7 days notice but fail to reschedule within 4 weeks of the original appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited (except touch up appointments, please see above).

Before securing your booking with the booking fee, you will be required to provide information of any contraindications which may apply to you.

If you do have a contraindication and the treatment cannot be carried out at your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited, in order to re book you will be required to pay a new booking fee

If you are more than 15 minutes late to any appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be lost, this is to ensure other appointments that day are not disrupted. If you are running late please call on 07789996345, in order to re book you will be required to pay a new booking fee

For no-shows, your booking fee will be forfeited and full payment must be made upfront for any future appointments.
