Bookings & Appointments
A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
All bookings are subject to availability and may be offered to other clients if the booking fee is not paid within a reasonable timeframe.
Out-of-hours appointments may be available upon request and will incur an additional surcharge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that at least 48 hours’ notice is provided for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice but do not reschedule within 4 weeks of your original appointment date, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Touch-Up Appointments
Touch-up appointments must be scheduled within the recommended 6–8 week timeframe and are subject to availability.
If a touch-up appointment falls outside of this timeframe, the cost will increase and a minimum charge of £75 will apply. This may vary depending on the time elapsed since the initial treatment.
Medical Disclosure
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to your appointment.
If a contraindication is identified at your appointment which prevents the treatment from being carried out, the booking fee will be forfeited and the full treatment cost may be charged. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled at our discretion. In this case, the booking fee will be forfeited and the full treatment cost may be charged.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the booking fee being forfeited and full payment required upfront for all future bookings.
