Terms and conditions

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required for all appointments. No appointment is confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Appointments remain subject to availability and may be offered to another client if the booking fee is not paid promptly.
Out-of-hours appointments may be available by request and will incur an additional surcharge.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided a minimum of 7 days’ notice is given.
• For touch-up appointments, rescheduled dates must remain within the 6–8 week timeframe and are subject to availability. If the appointment falls outside this timeframe, a minimum charge of £75 will apply to complete the touch-up (charges may vary depending on the time elapsed since the initial treatment).

If you cancel with more than 7 days’ notice but do not reschedule within 4 weeks of the original appointment date, your booking fee will be forfeited (excluding touch-up appointments, as outlined above).

Prior to securing your appointment, you will be required to disclose any medical conditions or contraindications that may affect your suitability for treatment.

If a contraindication is identified at your appointment and the treatment cannot proceed, the booking fee will be forfeitedand the full treatment cost will become payable. A new booking fee will be required to rebook.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled. In this instance, the booking fee will be forfeited and the full treatment cost will become payable, to avoid disruption to other clients.
If you are running late, please contact us on 07789 996345 as soon as possible. A new booking fee will be required to rebook.

For no-show appointments, the booking fee will be forfeited and full payment will be required upfront for any future bookings.
